Vigils

An exploration of links, bonds, attachments, through the initial shape of a Cuban curb [or Miami chain], that evolves in “flesh like” chains, melting until their total disappearance – Vigils 1 to 10 -.
Made of paded reclaimed textile – office shirts, parachutes- , wool felt or PVC, some hanged with industrial cast iron hooks, as the juxtaposition of softness and restrain.
It’s also a body and mind conversation with no closure – Virtuous Circle , 2022, Blue Shirts , 2022 – where desire, sitting at the front row, hiding the own self.
