The Sun is Out, group exhibition curated by Alice Campos and Luke Felstead at Safe House 2, Peckham. 2022.

Fabric serves as a transformative medium, enabling the translation of my two-dimensional drawings, archived in small notebooks, into three-dimensional forms. These notebooks function as visual diaries, filled with freeform sketches that evoke a blend of the psychedelic and the ghostly.

Using fabric, I bring volume and physical presence to these images, creating sculptures that explore themes of womanhood and the evolutions in interpersonnal relationship.

These sculptures are a documentation of my inner experiences and a commentary on the broader sociocultural transitions that define our time.
